By using Niche Bender ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Niche Bender is an AI-powered tool that analyzes YouTube channels and generates niche bend suggestions for faceless YouTube content creation. The Service includes the website, web application, and Chrome extension.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system.
• Credits are consumed when you generate niche bends, create SOPs, regenerate bends, or claim niches.
• Subscription plans provide monthly credit allowances.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Claimed Niches

• Claiming a niche permanently removes it from public visibility.
• Claims are permanent and cannot be reversed or transferred.
• Claiming a niche does not grant intellectual property rights over the niche concept itself.
• We do not guarantee exclusivity of niche ideas outside of the Niche Bender platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass credit requirements or rate limits
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others

6. AI-Generated Content

• Niche bend suggestions are generated by AI and are provided as-is.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or commercial viability of any suggestion.
• You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any niche bend ideas.
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from using AI-generated suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Niche Bender. You retain ownership of any content you create using our suggestions. The niche bend suggestions themselves are not copyrightable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
